The opening of economy has generated substantial opportunities both in traditional and non-traditional areas of economy. Accordingly, requirements for capacity building through education are also growing. The distant learning mode has brought about significant changes in the education sector as the students are able to receive good quality education in their own environment at very economical cost. The effectiveness of distant education is supplemented when such programmes are supported by practical training.

AFC Foundation with the above philosophy plans to establish “Distant Education Division” and is looking for a professional who can establish and lead the division. The incumbent should have exposure to academic world as well as conversant with the administrative and regulatory requirements.

Remuneration will be paid as per the market trends and will cover both fixed and variables (incentives).
